Do you offer day passes?
We prioritize our core membership base. However, guided tours and trial sessions can be arranged by appointment.
What are the peak hours?
Peak intensity occurs between 6AM–8AM and 5PM–7PM. Our facility is engineered to handle maximum capacity efficiently.
Can I cancel or pause my membership?
Yes. Memberships can be paused for up to 60 days per year or cancelled with 30 days' notice through your account.
Is personal training available on all plans?
Personal training sessions are included from the Elite tier upward. Foundation members can add sessions individually.
